01 / OUR PURPOSE

Good things start
with showing up.

We believe high school students can play a meaningful role in caring for their communities.

Connecting Helping Hands is a student-led nonprofit connecting high school students with volunteer opportunities at local hospitals. Through service, students gain a deeper understanding of public health while supporting patients and the communities around them.

We help students connect with hospital volunteer programs and assist with scheduling and communication, making it easier to take the first step toward meaningful service.

Your next chapter

You bring curiosity and a willingness to help.
We help you find a place to start.

01

Say hello.

Sign up with your name, email, phone number, and age to let us know you’re interested.

02

Get connected.

We’ll follow up about local hospital volunteer programs and their application requirements.

03

Show up. Give back.

Complete the hospital’s onboarding process. We can help with scheduling and communication along the way.

Volunteer roles, age requirements, availability, and approval are determined by each hospital. Signing up expresses interest and does not guarantee placement.
